  1. Scope and Application

    These Terms of Service apply to all sales of stainless steel gardening trowels concluded through www.toughsteeltrowel.com between us and consumers located within the European Union and the European Economic Area.
  2. Orders and Contract Conclusion

    By placing an order on our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation email or when the goods are dispatched. All orders are subject to availability.
  3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

    Logistics Partners: We cooperate with professional logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority.

Processing and Delivery Times: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery is expected within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.

Tracking Notifications: At key milestones—including order dispatch, arrival at the logistics facility, and local delivery—we automatically send tracking updates to the email address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delayed Shipments: If your order exceeds the standard shipping timeframe, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Based on the outcome and factual circumstances, we will determine whether to issue a full refund or send a replacement.

  3. Limitation of Liability

    We are liable for intent and gross negligence in accordance with statutory provisions.
